Driffle Seller Payments: Settlement Questions and Cash Flow
Obtain written payout and fee terms, then reconcile transactions before funding a larger Driffle catalog.
Confirm payout methods, timing conditions, currencies and fees directly with Driffle for your seller relationship. This guide does not state an unverified payout cycle or commission rate. Its purpose is to help you evaluate and reconcile the terms you receive.
Separate sale, balance and cash
An order record documents a transaction. A seller balance reflects how that transaction and later adjustments are recorded. A bank receipt confirms cash received. These are related records, but they should not be treated as the same event.
Ask which status makes an amount eligible for withdrawal and how refunds or account reviews affect that status. Document any reserve or minimum withdrawal condition that applies. Save a copy of the commercial terms used for your model.
Build a settlement worksheet
For each order or settlement batch, track gross value, charges, adjustments, net credit, payout request reference and amount received. Include currency conversion separately. Investigate differences while the supporting records are easy to retrieve.
A completed sale can be commercially unattractive if sourcing cost, incident handling and conversion consume the margin. Do not judge profitability from total sales or a marketplace balance alone.
A funding scenario
Suppose your hypothetical replenishment budget is EUR 2,000 and you normally expect incoming cash before the next supplier invoice. Test a scenario where settlement takes longer than expected. Which purchases can still be funded, and how much stock must be paused? These are planning assumptions, not Driffle processing estimates.
Use this scenario to set a maximum inventory commitment. Keep cash available for support and refunds as well as new stock. Revisit the limit after several reconciled settlement cycles.
Questions for a payment case
- What is the payout reference and current status?
- Are beneficiary details complete and consistent with the approved entity?
- Does a published or account-specific hold apply?
- Which adjustment explains a difference in net amount?
- What evidence does support need to investigate?
Keep personal banking information out of public chat messages. Submit it through an official secure channel when required.
Read Driffle seller operations, compare Kinguin and Driffle, and assess the Driffle listing separately from ongoing marketplace expenses.
