Begin through G2A's official seller route and complete the platform's approval process. Buying access from a third party does not replace eligibility checks. G2A's public seller page describes account creation, verification and creating an offer as separate stages.

Start with your operating entity

Choose the actual business that will own inventory, receive settlement and handle complaints. Keep its legal name and contact details consistent across the application, payout profile and sourcing records. If several people operate the business, identify who is authorized to answer verification questions.

Before uploading sensitive documents, confirm that you are on the official platform or an authorized verification provider reached from it. A sales contact cannot waive the platform's requirements. Do not send identity documents to an unsolicited chat account.

Build a registration checklist

  • Confirm whether your country, entity type and intended categories are supported.
  • Obtain the current verification checklist from the application flow.
  • Prepare accurate business, representative and settlement information.
  • Keep invoices supporting the origin of the inventory you plan to list.
  • Confirm applicable product restrictions and seller terms before acceptance.

This is a preparation list, not a claim that every applicant must submit each item. Document requirements depend on the current process and the business circumstances. If an instruction is unclear, obtain written clarification rather than guessing which document format will be accepted.

Test one product carefully

For your first offer, use a product whose edition, region and activation instructions you can explain clearly. Check that the source invoice matches the inventory and that your margin calculation includes all relevant charges. A pilot is useful because it tests your process before many buyers depend on it.

Do not build a launch schedule around a guaranteed approval date. Wait for actual seller approval, complete any remaining configuration and verify that your offer can be managed in the account. Keep a fallback operating plan if the platform requests more information.

Existing account or new registration?

A new application makes the relationship between your entity and the marketplace explicit. An existing account introduces additional questions about permitted transfer, previous restrictions and changes to settlement details. Obtain those answers before payment.

Use the G2A verification guide for document preparation. If evaluating a KeyMerchantHub listing, review the account specifications and ask support which characteristics are confirmed for the particular inventory item.
